Kat and James’ wedding reception at the Cara Hotel featured naturalistic botanical compositions. As guests arrived, they were welcomed by the smooth sounds of a jazz trio on the front patio, setting the perfect relaxed yet sophisticated vibe for the evening.

Inside, lush, asymmetrical floral arrangements framed the foyer’s entryway, creating a soft, organic welcome. During cocktail hour, the doors to the main courtyard opened to reveal a special surprise video of the couple’s private ceremony projected on the wall. This intimate glimpse into their vows made for a seamless and heartfelt transition into the night’s festivities.

Around the pool, wild, wispy grasses, branches, and textured greenery, paired with flickering candlelight, added warmth and romance to the space. When Kat and James made their grand entrance, they shared a first dance, setting the tone for an unforgettable night. It wasn’t long before guests joined them on the dance floor.
